Summary

The R. J. N. Franki Medal was founded on a bequest to The Institution of Engineers Australia by the late Mr. R. J. N. Franki and was awarded annually for the best paper by a Student member of The Institution on any engineering subject.

Submissions for the award were judged by the Papers and Publications Committee of the Council of the Institution.

The award of the medal, accompanied by a certificate, was first awarded in 1952.
