Summary

The Australian Mathematical Society Medal has been awarded annually by the Society since 1981. It recognises distinguished research in mathematical sciences, a significant proportion of which was undertaken in Australia. Recipients must be under 40 years of age, no more than 15 years post-PhD, and a member of the Society of at least one year's standing.
