Summary
The Ramaciotti Medal for Excellence in Biomedical Research is awarded annually to people who have made an outstanding discovery (or discoveries) in clinical or experimental biomedical research that has had an important impact on biomedical science, clinical science, or the way in which healthcare is delivered. A grant of $50,000 is made to the recipient. The Medal is one of three awards made to support research in the fields of molecular biology, genetics and immunology by the Clive and Vera Ramaciotti Foundation.
