Summary
The Clunies Ross Lifetime Achievement Award was first presented by the Ian Clunies Ross Memorial Foundation in 1999. Presented occasionally, it recognises individuals who have made a significant impact in their profession over a sustained period. Since 2002 the Award has been presented by the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering, which assumed administrative responsibility for the Foundation and the Award in that year.
