Summary
Barry Cox is a mathematician who has made groundbreaking contributions to the field of nanotechnology. His research interests include nanoscaled oscillating systems, geometries of nanostructures, modelling of the Winslow effect, modelling nanoscale devices using continuum mechanics, and predicting properties of nanomaterials. He has held positions as lecturer at the Universities of Wollongong and Adelaide. In 2015 he was awarded the J. H. Michell Medal by ANZIAM.
