Summary

The Transactions of the Royal Society of Victoria, new series was published irregularly by the Society in 6 volumes between 1888 and 1914. It provided an avenue for the publication of large monographic papers that could not be included in the Society's Proceedings. Subjects covered ranged from earthworms and William McGregor's New Guinea explorations, to Australian anthropology.
