Summary
Sir John Higgins graduated in chemistry and metallurgy at the Bendigo School of Mines and then ran his own chemist shop. He was later involved with the Australian Metals Exchange 1915-, the Central Wool Committee 1916-, and the B.A.W.R.A. Pty Ltd 1921-.
