Summary
Thomas Colquhoun was a Lecturer in Botany and Biology, University of Adelaide 1929-1935 and a Plant Pathologist at the Waite Agricultural Research Institute 1935-1943. He was made Commonwealth Director of War Service Land Settlement in 1953.
