Summary
Located in Melbourne's suburb of Clayton, the Division of Chemical Engineering had operated since the early 1940s as the Chemical Engineering Section, part of the Division of Industrial Chemistry. It became a separate Division twenty years later and operated for about sixteen years before becoming the Division of Mineral Engineering.
