Summary
Frank Michell MIEAust established a consulting practice with Jack Hallett in 1935, and in 1944 went into partnership with Bob Crooks to form the consulting engineering firm R Crooks and F C Michell. The firm became Crooks Michell Peacock in 1953, and Crooks Michell Peacock Stewart in 1961.
