Established in 1953 Diabetes Victoria aims to reduce the impact of diabetes through research, education, and advocacy. Originally established as a self-help organisation from 1987 Diabetes Victoria administered the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) in Victoria.

Details

The National Diabetes Service Scheme (NDSS) is an Australian Federal Government Scheme in administered by Diabetes Australia and state-based Diabetes organisations, it was established in 1987. It provides information, services, and subsidised products to support people living with, at risk of, or caring for someone with diabetes.
