Summary
The Points Arboretum maintains a collection of plant taxa, including eucalyptus and banksia collections. The eucalyptus collection has been officially registered with the Garden Plant Conservation Association of Australia (GPCAA) through the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne. The 37-hectare arboretum, a former rubbish dump, came into being largely through the efforts of local man Peter Francis.
