Summary

Goff Mills completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney in 1931. That same year he co-authored an article on absorption spectra of alkyl halides which was published in Proceedings of the Royal Society of London. Later he was a metallurgist at the smelter of the Electrolytic Refining and Smelting Co of Australia, at Port Kembla.
