Summary
The Association of Professional Scientists of Australia (APSA) was established in 1962, for the purpose of advancing and protecting the interests of its members and professional scientists generally.
In 1991 the Association merged with the Association of Professional Engineers Australia (APEA) to form the Association of Professional Engineers and Scientists Australia (APESA).
In 1994 APESA merged with other professional unions to become the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia (APESMA).
