The Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) for Chronic Inflammatory Diseases was established in July 2001 with a seven year CRC grant. The CRC's research focuses on discovering improved methods of treating chronic degenerative inflammatory diseases, especially Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary (Lung) Disease.
