Summary
In their Web site, June 2002, the Cooperative Research Centre for Aboriginal and Tropical Health states that they "undertake research and education activities that will lead to better outcomes in Aboriginal and tropical health." The CRC was established in July 1997 and has six core partners, including the Northern Territory University and the Flinders University of South Australia.
It appears that this CRC was eventually split into the CRC for Aboriginal Health and the CRC for Tropical Health and Medicine which was based in Darwin. Now only the Cooperative Research Centre for Aboriginal Health exists.
