Summary

The engineering and foundry business of Russell Bros. was established by three brothers, Robert, Peter and John Russell, in 1838. In 1955 the business was wound up and the remaining brothers joined Peter, who had left the business in the 1940s, to create the partnership of P. N. Russell and Company.
