Summary
North Broken Hill Ltd was formed in 1895 and incorporated in 1912. The company mined silver, lead and zinc. In 1976 the company was restructured, becoming North Broken Hill Holdings Limited. In 1988 North Broken Hill Ltd took over Peko Wallsend Ltd and changed it's name to North Broken Hill Peko Ltd.
