Summary
Previously the Society of Crystallographers in Australia, the name Society of Crystallographers in Australia and New Zealand was adopted by the Society in early 2000. In 2001 the Society has a membership of around 200 people, who share an interest in crystallography.
From the Society's Web site, June 2001: "The Society of Crystallographers in Australia and New Zealand (formerly the Society of Crystallographers in Australia) is an organisation whose members are scientists whose interest are in the general area of crystallography. The society has about 200 members mainly in Australia and New Zealand but with members worldwide."
