Summary

The Dairy Research Centre was a research laboratory of the New South Wales Department of Agriculture for over thirty years. The Centre was located on the campus of the Hawkesbury Agricultural College, now the University of Western Sydney. In the late 1970s the Dairy Research Centre was split, its remaining staff going to Department of Agriculture laboratories at Glenfield and Rydalmere.
