Summary

The National Acoustic Laboratories came into existence in 1974, having been known as the Commonwealth Acoustic Laboratories since January 1947. The Laboratories carried out investigations on hearing aids and other related hearing issues. In 1992 the Laboratories became Australian Hearing.
