Summary

APV-Bell Bryant, was called Bell Bryant Limited from 1965 -1982. They engineered and constructed manufacturing facilities for the food and beverage industries. In collaboration with CSIRO, APV-Bell Bryant overcome many problems found in the cheese industry. APV-Bell Bryant was taken over by APV Holdings PLC in 1984 and was delisted from the Australian Sock Exchange some years later. In 2006 it was still registered with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.
