Abstract

The Council of The Institution has decided that the 1953 Award of the Edward Noyes Prize be made to Mr. J. B. Kirkwood, AMIEAust, for his paper entitled "Power supply for resistance welding," which was presented before a meeting of the Graduates and Students' Section of the Sydney Division of The Institution.
