From CSIROpedia: "Day-to-day management was in the hands of a three-member Executive Committee: a Chair, Mr GA Julius, the Chief Executive, Professor ACD Rivett and Mr. W. J. Newbigin (replaced in 1927 by Professor AEV Richardson). Professor Rivett performed the role of full-time Chief Executive."
