Summary

The B. H. Neumann Award for Excellence in Mathematics Enrichment has been awarded since 1992 by the Australian Mathematics Trust to recognise significant service to mathematics and the objects of the Trust. Multiple awards may be made in any year, and the recipients are mathematicians. The Award honours the contribution to the teaching of mathematics at all levels of Bernard H. Neumann, Professor of Mathematics at the Australian National University between 1962 and 1974 and foundation President of the Australian Association of Mathematics Teachers.
