Summary

The Le Souëf Memorial Award has been awarded by the Entomological Society of Victoria since 1983, initially annually but occasionally since 1990. It is presented to amateur entomologists who have made significant contributions to the study of Australian insects. The Award commemorates John Cecil Le Souef, who revitalised the Society after a lapse of 20 years.
