Summary
The Linnean Macleay Fellowship for study at the University of Sydney has been awarded since 1905 by the Linnean Society of New South Wales. It is funded by a bequest from the Society's first President, William J. Macleay. The Fellowship supports research in natural history, biology or geology for one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to five years. Recipients must be members of the Society, resident in New South Wales, and hold a degree in science or agricultural science from the University of Sydney.
