Summary
The Malcolm McIntosh Prize for Physical Scientist of the Year is awarded annually by the Australian Government. It is one of seven Prizes awarded annually as the Prime Minister's Prizes for Science and recognises outstanding achievements in scientific research in the physical sciences by an early career researcher. The Prize commemorates Malcolm McIntosh who was Chief Executive of CSIRO from 1996 to 2000.
