Summary
Henry Barnes was taxidermist, preparator and articulator at the Australian Museum for nearly 40 years, becoming highly adept in these skills. He also became an expert photographer in the Museum's service. Barnes worked closely with Curators Gerard Krefft and Edward Ramsay, sometimes accompanying them on field work
