Summary
Martin Steinbauer is an entomologist whose research focuses on population ecology of native insects and the interactions between insects and their host plants, especially Eucalyptus, Angophora and Corymbia. This research has applications in forest growth and weed control. Steinbauer is Associate Professor at La Trobe University where he heads the Insect-Plant Interactions Laboratory.
