Summary

Thomas Haldane was an observer in the RAAF Meteorological Service and was assigned to organise material for the preparation of its war history. He interviewed many people and produced the first draft of what was finally published in 1997 in Metarch Papers No. 10 as "War History of the Australian Meteorological Service in the Royal Australian Air Force April 1941 to July 1946".
