Summary
Bertie Moore was lecturer in chemistry and metallurgy at Kalgoorlie School of Mines from 1908, rising to become Director of Kalgoorlie, Norseman and Wiluna Schools of Mines 1941-1945. He was responsible for establishing the metallurgical research laboratory and collaborated on research work on flotation of gold ores, which influenced the design of many treatment plants.
