Summary
William Kelso spent most of his working life in the Agricultural Chemist's Laboratory of the Department of Agriculture and Stock in Queensland. He planned for, and eventually supervised, the transfer of the Cereal Chemistry Section to the Queensland Wheat Research Institute in Toowoomba. He was Senior Cereals Chemist and later chief Chemist in charge of general agricultural chemistry and cereal chemistry from around 1950.
