Summary
William Jones was an associate director of Kimpton Minifie McLennan Ltd and a foundation member of the Cereal Chemistry Division of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute and of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology. He wrote Where Have All the Flour Mills Gone? (1984) and received the Institute of Food Technology Australian Award (1964) and the F B Guthrie Medal of the Cereal Chemistry Division, Royal Australian Chemical Institute (1976).
