Summary

Brian Lloyd, AM MA PhD HonFIEAust CPEng, was a distinguished engineer, educator, and historian who lead major changes in engineering education and in the recognition of professional engineers in Australia. He worked for the Melbourne Metropolitan Board of Works as an electrical engineer from 1957 to 1972 and as Manager, Scientific and Technical Services until his retirement in 1984.
