Summary
The Anti-Cancer Council of Victoria was set up as a charitable body in 1936 by an Act of the Victorian Parliament (6213). The Act was revised and updated in 1958 (The Cancer Act 1958). Since 2002, the Anti-Cancer Council of Victoria has been operating under the business name of The Cancer Council Victoria.
