Summary

Australian Wool Services Limited (AWS) was established in January 2001, when the Australian Wool Research and Promotion Organisation was converted into a Corporations Law company limited by shares. AWS is the holding company for two subsidiary companies - Australian Wool Innovation Pty Ltd and The Woolmark Company Pty Ltd.
