The Executive Committee of the Council has been informed that The Institution of Engineers Prize for 1938 has been awarded to Mr. J. M. Sweet, BE StudIEAust, for his Graduation Thesis entitled "Thermal insulation - The establishment of an apparatus with definite applications for the measurement of thermal conductivity of insulating materials".
