Abstract

This paper is based on the Report of a Royal Commission appointed to enquire into the extension of the Water Supply to Brisbane, Queensland, the author being the sole Commissioner. It contains a full description of the existing means of supply and of such further sources as are available for development. It touches also on the problem of flood abatement in the Brisbane River.
