- Abstract
The Victorian state rivers and water supply commission supplies water to a number of towns and farming communities in the Mornington peninsula district, to the east of Port Phillip bay, by means of a system of channels, reservoirs and pipelines from a catchment on the headwaters of the Bunyip river. This short article describes the scheme in general, and shows that facilities are available for a considerable extension of the supply.
