Summary

Established under the provisions of the Tasmanian United Milk Products Ltd (Amalgamation) Act 1981 (No 33 of 1981).

This legislation enacted the amalgamation of United Milk Products Ltd, North-Eastern Co-operative Dairy Society Ltd, Nedco Co-operative Society Ltd and Nedco Cool Stores Pty Ltd.
