Summary

Established when the RESI-Statewide Building Society obtained a banking license in 1989. In 1997 the bank was acquired by Westpac Banking Corporation. In 2011 Westpac re-launched the brand and banking operations are conducted under the Bank of Melbourne banner in Victoria.
