Summary
Wendy Robertson was a mathematician who was highly respected as a teacher and mentor. When her husband Alex Robertson became Professor of Mathematics at Murdoch University, she was appointed Senior Lecturer at the University of Western Australia. Her research was mainly on topological vector spaces. With her husband she published a number of papers and the book Topological vector spaces (1964, 2nd ed 1973) which continues to be cited and was translated into German and Russian.
