Summary

Robert Morton was Associate Professor of Biochemistry, University of Melbourne 1952-1958 and Professor of Agricultural Chemistry, Waite Agricultural Research Institute, University of Adelaide 1959-1962. In 1963 he became Professor of Biochemistry at Adelaide. The R. K. Morton Scholarship, initiated in 1965, is awarded by the University of Adelaide to a student undertaking an honours degree in agricultural biochemistry.
