Summary
The Anthropological Society of Australasia was established in 1895. The Society's founder and president was Dr. Allan Carroll. In 1900 the Society gained the prefix 'Royal'. From 1898 to 1913, it published a journal "Science of man and journal of the Royal Anthropological Society of Australasia".
