Summary

Australian mammalogy (ISBN 0310-0049, eISSN 1836-7402) is the peer-reviewed scientific journal of the Australian Mammal Society, and has been published since 1972. Initially titled the Journal of the Australian Mammal Society, it includes papers on all aspects of Australasian and Antarctic mammals, including introduced species, and covers subjects such as behaviour, evolution, parasites and diseases, and systematics and taxonomy. Since 2020 Australian mammalogy has been published by CSIRO Publishing on behalf of the Society.
