Abstract

This Symposium of papers, No.802, was presented before a Joint Meeting of the Melbourne Division of The Institution, the Victorian Branch of The Australian Chemical Institute, The Institute of Industrial Management (Aust.), and the Victorian Division of The Institution of Automotive Engineers, with the cooperation of the Standards Association of Australia. The Meeting was held at the University of Melbourne on 9th December, 1942.

The author Maurice Henry Belz is Associate Professor of Mathematics, University of Melbourne.
