The Council of The Institution has decided that the 1960 Award of the Electrical Engineering Prize of The Institution of Engineers, Australia, be made to Professor S. A. Prentice, MEE BSc MIEAust, for his paper entitled "Thunderstorms in the Brisbane area", which was published in the March 1960 issue of The Journal.
