The Council of The Institution has decided that the 1967 Award of the R. W. Chapman Medal be made to L. A. Endersbee, BCE ME FIEAust, for his paper entitled "Brittle fracture in concrete and rocks", which was published in the October, 1967, issue of the Civil Engineering Transactions.
