Abstract

The Council of The Institution has decided that the 1968 Award of the Chemical Engineering Prize of The Institution of Engineers, Australia, be made to Professor I McC Stewart, ME MSc FIEAust, and Mr J Saville, BE MIEAust, (but GradIEAust, at time of submission of paper) for their paper entitled "A simplified heat transfer equation for sinter beds", which was published in the November 1968 issue of the Mechanical and Chemical Engineering Transactions.
